Jamie, who is twelve years old and somewhat shy, has just arrived at a boarding school for the hearing impaired in the Netherlands. Once there, she learns that her beloved grandmother has been hospitalized in Paris. Since her family left without her, Jamie decides to set off on her own then and there. She finds the courage to do so thanks to her new classmate Imane. Together, they embark on an adventurous trip full of unexpected encounters. In the process, they overcome not only the obstacles that await them in the world of the hearing, but also their own fears. A constantly surprising film.
